This notice covers willaitakemyjob.info: what personal data we collect, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and your rights.
Who is responsible
Handora, Agim Ramadani, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo is responsible for your data (the controller). Contact: hello@willaitakemyjob.info. We answer requests within one month.
We are based in Kosovo, outside the EU. Kosovo’s Law on Protection of Personal Data applies to us, and the GDPR (and the UK GDPR) applies to how we handle the data of people in the EU (and the UK).
Visiting the site
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, handles your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. Request records in our hosting logs, used only to fix problems, are deleted after a few days. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. The legal basis is our legitimate interests in running a secure site and knowing how much it is used (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Looking up a job
We store what you type into the job lookup (once you pause or pick a job, not every keystroke), the job you pick, how many suggestions you got, the time, and your country. We store no IP address, cookie or other identifier with it, and never link it to a waitlist email or a report, so we can’t tell whose search it was. Please don’t type names or other personal details into the lookup.
Why: to see which jobs and job titles people look for, and which ones the site is missing, so we can improve it. The legal basis is our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in improving the site, weighed against the fact that the records can’t be tied to you.
Joining the waitlist
We store your email address, the date you joined, and your country as Cloudflare works it out from your connection. Nothing else.
Why: to send you one email when the free check opens. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by joining and can withdraw at any time by emailing hello@willaitakemyjob.info. The country is used only to see where interest comes from.
Buying a report
Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, sells you the report. It collects your email address, payment details and billing country (and postcode where tax rules need it) to take the payment, charge the right tax, prevent fraud and keep tax records. Paddle is responsible for that data itself, under its own privacy notice.
Paddle sends us your email address and the order number. We store them with your report, together with the job and the split of your work from your free check, your scores, and whatever you choose to give in the form after paying. Every question in it is optional: first name, years of experience, where you live (country and region or city), current pay, the hours you have, how you prefer to work, your budget for learning, your goal, a target role, and lines from your CV.
Why: to write your report, deliver it at its private link and email you that link. The legal basis is performing our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We also use your email address and order number to answer support requests, handle refunds and prevent misuse, based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Google’s Gemini API writes the report’s text. For that it receives the public data about your jobs and the details from your form, including your first name, pay and CV lines if you give them; never your email address. We use Google’s paid service, under which Google does not use this data to train its models, and we ask it not to store the exchange; it keeps prompts only for a limited time to detect abuse. Resend sends the emails with your report link.
Who else handles your data
- Cloudflare, Inc. (US): hosting, the database, and cookieless visit counts.
- Google LLC (US): writing the report’s text through the Gemini API.
- Resend (US): sending report emails.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK): payments, tax and refunds, as Merchant of Record and a controller in its own right.
Cloudflare, Google and Resend process data only on our instructions, under data processing agreements. We share data with professional advisers when we need advice, and with authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell it.
Transfers outside the EU and UK
Cloudflare, Google and Resend are US companies and may process data in the US. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the company is certified under it, and otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (with the UK addendum for UK data). Paddle is based in the UK, which the EU recognises as protecting personal data adequately.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist: deleted within 30 days of sending the launch email, or sooner if you ask.
- Job lookup records: deleted automatically after 180 days.
- Reports, with the details you gave, your email address and order number: deleted 12 months after purchase, or sooner if you ask or get a refund.
- Hosting logs: a few days.
- Paddle keeps its own transaction records for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data and get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a machine-readable format (portability), and to object to uses based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@willaitakemyjob.info; to find a report, send its link or the email address you bought it with. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one where you live, or to Kosovo’s Information and Privacy Agency. Because job lookup records hold nothing that identifies you, we can’t find yours to show or delete them.
Automated decisions
Scores and reports are produced automatically from data, but they decide nothing about you: there is no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you (GDPR Art. 22).
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Each report sits at a long random link that can’t be guessed and that search engines are told not to list, and only the people who run the site can access its databases.
Children
The site is not meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking scripts. When you pay, Paddle’s checkout may store what it needs on your device to process the payment and prevent fraud, as its privacy notice explains.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when what we collect, why, or who handles it changes, and change the date at the top.
